Elevation Recital Ticket Info - VERY IMPORTANT 

• All families will need to purchase tickets for the show(s) of their choice to watch their dancer perform in the recital.

• All families will have the opportunity to volunteer for the recital, which includes ticket discounts depending on the volunteer spot you sign up for. 

• All volunteers will have early access to ticket sales before it opens to the public; however, depending on your volunteer status, you may be able to purchase tickets even earlier! (See below).

WANT BETTER RECITAL SEATS, VOLUNTEER SPOTS, and DISCOUNTS?

New this year...you can elevate to Priority Volunteer status, which allows you to get early access to volunteer spots AND the ability to purchase your tickets one day before standard volunteers and two days before the public! 

To elevate to Priority Volunteer status, you must do the following:

1) Register your dancer for at least one summer class by April 10th - ENROLL HERE!

2) Volunteer for the recital in at least one spot by April 27th

• Priority Volunteer Status gives early access to sign-up for your favorite volunteer spot (Opens April 14th at 6am). The email you use to sign up to volunteer on signup.com is the email we will send both your PRESALE access and gift card code to, so be sure to enter it accurately.

• Priority Volunteers will have the earliest access to purchase recital tickets on April 28th at 6pm. The email with your PRESALE access code will come from no-reply@dancerecitalticketing.com sometime in the afternoon/evening of April 27th or morning of APRIL 28TH. If you do not receive your code by NOON on APRIL 28TH and you have checked your spam, email me directly: renee@elevationdancestudio.com. Your code will work only once, so don’t test it, because it may not work when you need it when the site opens on APRIL 28TH at 6pm.

• Priority Volunteers will receive the same discounts per volunteer position as Standard Volunteers (scroll down for more info on gift cards)

Not ready to register for summer? 

You can still receive Standard Volunteer status by doing the following:

1) Volunteer for the recital in at least one spot by April 27th. 

• Volunteer Sign-ups open to Standard Volunteers on April 15th at 6am. The email you use to sign up to volunteer on signup.com is the email we will send both your PRESALE access and gift card code to, so be sure to enter it accurately.

• Standard Volunteer status still gives you access to purchase tickets one day before tickets open to the public. The email with your PRESALE access code will come from no-reply@dancerecitalticketing.com sometime in the morning of APRIL 29TH. If you do not receive your code by NOON on APRIL 29TH and you have checked your spam, email me directly:renee@elevationdancestudio.com. APRIL 27 (MONDAY)

12PM DEADLINE TO VOLUNTEER (All volunteers will receive a discount code according to volunteer spots)

APRIL 28 (TUESDAY)

PRIORITY VOLUNTEERS: Look for your access code and gift card codes in your inbox by noon today (may be sent the evening of April 27th)

RECITAL PRESALE FOR PRIORITY VOLUNTEERS AT 6:00PM (Must be signed up for a volunteer spot AND registered for summer by April 10th). When purchasing, you should purchase tickets for each and every show you want in a single order. You can purchase 8 per show.  Beginning APRIL 30TH at 6am, you can purchase more if you like.

APRIL 29 (WEDNESDAY)

STANDARD VOLUNTEERS: Look for your access code and gift card codes in your inbox by noon today.

RECITAL PRESALE FOR STANDARD VOLUNTEERS AT 6:00PM  (Must be signed up for a volunteer spot by April 27th). When purchasing, you should purchase tickets for every show you want in a single order; you can purchase 8 per show.  Beginning APRIL 30TH at 6am, you can purchase more if you like.

Lap Children: 2 and Younger do not need a ticket, but also will not have a seat unless one is purchased. All seats are reserved.  Please remember all seats are reserved, so everyone needs a ticket. Children 2 & under may sit on a lap for the entire show.

15% off Packages WILL be available if you want to attend 2 different shows.  More details TBA. This package will only be available for the public sale and NOT the presale.

GIFT CARDS

• • Your GIFT CARD for volunteering will come from no-reply@dancerecitalticketing.com, in a separate email from the email with your early access code priority code.  It will have a number and pin, and you’ll need both at checkout. 

  • This is also a one-time use code, that you will put in at checkout, where it says GIFT CARD code and pin, and the amount will be applied to your entire order.

  • The email with your gift card code will go out as follows: 

    • Priority Volunteers gift card codes will be sent either on the evening of April 27th or the morning of April 28th, and will come separately from the priority code.

    • Standard Volunteers gift card codes will be sent on the morning of April 29th, and will come separately from the priority code.
