The 97th Annual Sullivan County Volunteer Firemen’s Association Parade, proudly hosted this year by the Grahamsville Fire Department on Saturday, September 12, 2026.
This year’s event is especially meaningful as we celebrate several milestone anniversaries:

The 25th Anniversary of 9/11
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR PARTICIPANTS:
Officer in Charge Check in is located at the Grahamsville Fire Department between 9AM and 12PM. Please have the officer in charge for the day stop and check the department in at the firehouse. We will review the Review Stand notes and give out the marchers bracelets here. ALL DEPARTMENTS MUST SEND SOMEONE TO CHECK-IN.
Truck Judging will be held at the Tri-Valley Central School in the bus loop. This is the 2nd left off of Moore Hill Road, follow the signs.
Line-up map is available on the Maps tab of this site. Route 42 from Little Hollow Rd to the Rte. 42 Town park will be shut down at 9:30am and access will only be permitted for FD apparatus/vehicles and marchers. All vehicles that are left at line-up must be off the road, as traffic will open back up immediately behind the parade.
Bus shuttle from Fairground to line-up, please utilize this service for your members and bands to minimize the number of vehicles at line-up. Shuttles will run from 9:00am to 12:30pm.

Officer in Charge Check-In at Grahamsville Fire House: 9AM-12PM
Truck Judging at Tri-Valley School (Bus Loop): 9AM - 12PM
Line Up: 12 PM
Parade Step Off: 1PM
Family Event / FD Competitions : Following conclusion of Parade
Awards: Approximately 5PM
