Teams must identify a "team captain" to represent their team.
The captain need not be the highest rated player nor even be a player on the team.
Team captains must:
Compile an ordered list of players on their team.
The list should have 4 or more players. Additional players are substitutes.
Team captains must email their ordered list of players
before the deadline, January 3, 2026 at 11:59 pm
updates to their list must also be sent before the deadline.
