We are thrilled to be hosting the Tri-County Conference Meet and we look forward to an exciting and successful event!
Here are a few important reminders to ensure everything runs smoothly:
Meet Preparation:
Meet Entries Submission: Due on Saturday, July 19 by 5pm
Seed Meeting: At the Mount Horeb Welcome Center on Sunday, July 20 at 4pm (300 E. Main Street Mount Horeb WI 53572)
Coaches and Officials:
Coaches Meeting: Two representatives (coach/president) from each team are invited to attend the coaches meeting at 8:00 AM in the Coaches room.
Breakfast & Lunch : Available in the Coaches room.
Results: Inform families that results displayed on the scoreboard are preliminary. Final results will be posted and updated in Meet Mobile.
Change submissions: Clarification details provided by the league:
Prior to Saturday, if a swimmer has a medical emergency with a doctor’s note, the team will receive the injured swimmer’s events as additional changes to directly replace the injured swimmer.
5 changes on Saturday - Individual Only.
5 changes on Sunday - Relay Only. Scratches are not a change. Changes to relay order is not a change. Changes to C relays are not a change. Adding a swimmer who was not originally listed on an A or a B relay IS a change. Adding an additional A or B relay after the seed meeting would count as 1 change.
Conference Meet both Saturday and Sunday is considered 1 meet. An individual swimmer is only allowed a maximum of 4 events for the entire Conference Meet.
Swim shirts and medical tape/braces: Notify Head Official prior to the start of the meet to address.
Photographers:
All teams will be provided with one pool-deck pass per team for your team photographer. This pass can be picked up at the Volunteer check in table.
Volunteers:
Admission: Volunteers will receive free admission on the day they are volunteering. Please present your badge or provide your name at the admission table.
Timers Meeting: Timers should report to the meeting by the Volunteer checkin desk at 8:30 AM for the morning session and approximately 11:00 AM for the afternoon session on Saturday, 12:00 PM for afternoon session on Sunday.
Spectators:
Payment Options: Cash or Credit
Single Event Viewing Area: Single event viewing is available in the risers and bleachers in the upper level. Please do not spread out and lounge for periods of time this viewing area.
Team Areas: Families are encouraged to utilize the designated team areas in the Atrium to lounge, play games and interact with each other.
Outside Tents: Personal tents can be used in designated areas if desired. There will be NO announcements made outdoors so you will need to be vigilant for your event.
