Free learning plans, videos, and tutorials are found in Esri Academy's Course Catalog. Find the “free” checkbox to filter the 8 pages of free material they have to offer. There may be Instructor-Led Courses that cost money in the free learning plans, but there is still an abundance of great information in the surrounding courses within them.
