In 2021, a group of 13 Missouri schools got together to form the Quality Matters Missouri System or QMo. The goal of the system was to pool resources and collaborate with one another to acquaint faculty and staff at the member institutions with the benefits of QM brings to our courses for the benefit of our students.
Specifically, the goals/objectives of the QMo system are:
to coordinate professional development so more people are trained in principles and practices of quality course design
to highlight QM resources available to all members
to collaborate on issues regarding online instruction
to promote formal and informal course reviews to improve our courses
to support newer QM schools to help them take full advantage of QM resources and practices
to host an annual QMo System conference
