• Conference Presenter:

  • Early Bird Registration  |  October 1 - December 31, 2024  | $235

  • Regular Registration  |  January 1 - 31, 2025  | $270

  • Late Registration  |  February 1 - 15, 2025  |  $300

• Non-Presenter: 

  • Guest/Non-Presenter Daily Registration  |  $60

  • Guest/Non-Presenter Full Conference Registration  |  $180

Conference Terms and Conditions: 

By registering for the PCA National Conference, paying the registration fee, and/or attending the conference, you agree to the PCA Code of Conduct and the following: 

• PCA takes its attendee privacy seriously. We will never sell attendee information to third parties. However, presentation titles, presenter names, and conference schedule are available to the visitors of our website, including publishers who exhibit at our conference. 

• We publish attendee names and email addresses in our written and digital program. 

• By attending our events, including but not limited to the National Conference and Summer Institute, you agree to be photographed and to have your photos used in PCA’s website, social media accounts, and newsletters. 

• Due to the financial commitments PCA must make to operate the organization year-round, membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. In order to support PCA initiatives, endowment grants and awards, and institutional awards, and all other donations are also non-refundable.
