REQUIRED DISTRIBUTION OF TRANSPORTATION OPERATIONS PLAN
Since this TOP requires significant coordination between event employees, management, and responding authorities, it is essential that all parties are included in the review and updating of this document. The parties required to review and coordinate this document are included below. In addition, copies of this plan should be available at the following locations throughout the building and readily accessible when executing an event that requires the use of a plan.

Roles
Transportation & Traffic Engineering
a. Overall Approver of the Traffic Management Plan & Maintenance of Traffic (MOT) Plan
b. Deploy Maintenance of Traffic Devices per MOT Plan
c. Maintains Traffic Devices for the duration of the event.
Orlando Police Department (OPD)
a. Staff Key Locations based on the Traffic Management Plan
b. Assist with Traffic Management & Traffic Signaling
c. Enforcement of the Traffic Management Plan and Safety of attendees
Event Transport Solutions (ETS)
a. Partners with the City of Orlando Traffic Engineering & Transportation Department in the creation of an integrated traffic plan.
b. Reviews all plans from partners.
c. Creates Transport Operations Plan to include:
i. Parking Operations
ii. Rideshare Operations
iii. Shuttle Operations
iv. Traffic Management Plan
v. Orlando Police Department Plans
vi. Transportation & Wayfinding Signage
d. Communication with external stakeholders (Public Transportation entities – Lynx, Sunrail, Lyft, Uber, Google, Waze)
e. Rideshare Operations (Lyft/Uber)
i. Identify the most efficient location to place the Rideshare area.
Create a signage plan to be included in the Traffic Management Plan
2. The location will be safe and have the least amount of impact on traffic.
ii. Communicate the pick-up and drop-off areas with Lyft and Uber so they can create geofences for the drivers and passengers.
iii. WAZE Updates - Update the WAZE operations team with road closures, and road restrictions surrounding the event.
WAZE implements these updates for real-time use by drivers.
f. Operate Transport Functional Areas (i.e., Access control, Rideshare, Mobility, Shuttles, Bus Parking, etc.)
g. Coordinate with OPD lead Lieutenant and/or Sergeant to ensure all officers are briefed on the specific event Traffic Management Plan
4. SP+ Parking
a. Manages Parking Operations
b. Staffs parking lots during operations.
c. Creates ingress and egress routes for each parking lot
