1. From Incheon International Airport (ICN) to Daejeon

• By KTX (High-speed train)

1) Take the AREX Express Train from Incheon Airport to Seoul Station (~1 hour).

2) Take KTX to Daejeon Station (~50 minutes).

3) Take a taxi to the Hotel (~15 minutes, approx. 15,000 KRW).

- KTX tickets can be reserved online in advance (https://www.letskorail.kr/), but on-site purchase is also available.

• By Direct Limousine Bus

1) Take an airport limousine bus to Government Complex Daejeon (~3 hours).

2) Take a taxi from Government Complex Daejeon to the Hotel (~10 minutes, approx. 10,000 KRW).

- Limousine bus ticket counters are located in the arrival halls (Terminal 1 and 2).

 - If you are taking a limousine bus, please note that there are multiple stops in Daejeon. We recommend getting off at the “Government Complex Daejeon” (정부청사) stop, as it is the closest to KAIST and the hotel.

2. From Gimpo International Airport (GMP) to Daejeon

• By KTX (High-speed train)

1) Take the AREX All-stop Train from Gimpo Airport to Seoul Station (~25 minutes).

2) Take KTX to Daejeon Station (~50 minutes).

3) Take a taxi to the Hotel (~15 minutes, approx. 15,000 KRW).

- KTX tickets can be reserved online in advance(https://www.letskorail.kr/), but on-site purchase is also available.

- There is no direct bus from Gimpo International Airport to Daejeon

3. Between the Conference Venue(KAIST) and the Hotel

• By Taxi

- The ride takes less than 10 minutes and costs around 6,000 KRW.

- Please note that buses in Daejeon do not accept cash. A transportation card (T-money or Cashbee) is required. These cards can be purchased and charged at convenience stores or subway stations in the airport. However, using buses in Daejeon may be inconvenient for international visitors. For short stays, we recommend using a taxi. 

• On foot

- The distance is about 3km and it takes approximately 30-40 minutes.
