DESCRIPTION

House is ideal for large family and friends gatherings, with 4,000 sf of flowing open-space, inside and outside. The modern design of our home allows up to 18 guests to comfortably dine and entertain together without feeling overcrowded, fragmented or separated. The home features 5 bedrooms and 5 1/2 baths (2nd floor), a combined cooking-living,-dining-entertaining open-floor concept (main level), and a spacious basement for entertainment. All indoor and outdoor spaces feature built-in speakers for entertainment, ambient lighting, and cooling fans. The home is equipped with a smart-home console to control lighting, entertainment and climate across all indoor and outdoor spaces. The home offers complimentary WiFi. Our guests can be assured that with 6 wireless access points throughout the property, they will reach a high-speed connection in all indoor and outdoor spaces.

INDOOR SPACE

Our home features a gourmet kitchen where your family or friends can gather around the largest island in BeachWalk (12 by 4 feet in size). We have thought of every detail of your cooking and dining experience here. We have filled every drawer and cabinet with what we think you might need during your stay here. The kitchen features a large refrigerator with a freezer and an ice maker, a wine fridge, a microwave, gas stove, toaster oven, two coffee makers (drip and Keurig), hot water boiler, a 1000W blender, and a pantry filled with coffee/teas, condiments and spices.  

Our spacious living area features a smart t.v., a gas-fed fireplace that can be enjoyed from both, the living room and the back porch, all at once. It features a large sectional sofa with seating, a game table and a dining area . 

All bedrooms feature highly-rated springless mattresses to provide the best of rest & relaxation. We receive a lot of compliments about the comfort of our beds.. Each bedroom is uniquely decorated. Both master bedrooms feature king-size beds, each with its own bathroom. One of the master bedrooms has a t.v. Third bedroom is a queen. The fourth and fifth bedroom feature two twin-size beds and two pull-out trundle beds, total of 4 beds in each room. All bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans and window shading. 

The basement features a large t.v. screen to maximize your gaming experience, a full-size ping pong table and a large children's book library and a full-size bathroom.

OUTDOOR SPACE

The home offers the largest back porch at Beachwalk and since it faces pristine forest preserve, it is the nicest, too. The back porch is fully screened, has ambient lighting, cooling fans, a cozy dual-sided fireplace, and a flat screen t.v. It features a very large dining table and a very comfortable, high-end wicker furniture for relaxing. Our back porch is enjoyed equally by those in need of outdoor, personal, or social space. We receive a lot of compliments about our back porch.  

Enjoy your evening after the beach with dinner cooked in our gourmet kitchen or outside grill or our cozy brick back patio with a gas-fed-no-hassle-instant firepit for some smores. We provide the smores sticks, just bring your own marshmallows. Gas-fed Weber E-310 grill is at your disposal.  

Our front porch is a must-do for those who love to watch "the action". Mary Lane is a fun place to watch from a comfortable rocking chair or talk to other resort guests passing by on golf-carts or flyer wagons.
