Attire is Business Casual for the meeting - Khaki’s, jeans, polo’s, casual dresses, and dress sandals (no flip flops please) are acceptable.

For the awards banquet on Wednesday evening, we recommend something dressy for evening attire (Men should wear a sports jacket).

Once you arrive at the hotel, please head to the lobby area near the front desk to pick up your name tag.

Room and tax will be billed to a master account. If you have any incidentals, please stop by FD to put a CC down. 

Our reception will begin at 6 PM in the Black Fox/Red Fox ballroom and dinner and drinks will be served. 

FLYING

If you are flying in, please be on the look out for Woody or Jeremy at the airport who will be picking you up and bringing you to the hotel. :)
