Support the Project Manager and project team in translating conceptual designs into accurate, code-compliant construction documents. Collaborate with consultants and internal team members to coordinate project details and maintain documentation quality.
Draft detailed construction drawings based on design concepts provided by senior team members.
Review and incorporate input from structural, MEP, and other consultants into architectural drawings.
Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, zoning requirements, and project-specific regulations.
Assist in managing consultant coordination to ensure seamless integration of design disciplines.
Review drawings for accuracy and conflicts; support quality control across documentation.
Respond to redlines and implement revisions based on feedback from Project Manager and Principal.
Attend and contribute to internal team meetings and consultant coordination calls.
Maintain consistency with office drafting standards and best practices.
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and other relevant 3D modeling tools.
Understanding of construction documentation and architectural workflows.
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally—both verbally and in writing.
Strong attention to detail and organization.
Eagerness to learn and grow in a collaborative studio environment.
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Suite (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel).
Experience using Bluebeam for document review and markups.
Positive and proactive approach to professional development.
Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to receive and implement feedback.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to follow through on tasks.
Interest in healthcare and/or educational design is a plus.
