Do I need to RSVP to attend the summit?

What are check-in and check-out times?

What are the costs covered by Lyra?

Lyra covers the costs of conference meals and activities. OpCo participants are responsible for travels costs and their hotel room.

What is the dress code?

Do I have to attend all the events?

Attendees should plan to attend all events held from Monday, September 29 at 6:00 PM to Wednesday, October 1 at 1:00 PM
If you cannot attend certain events, please inform your Regional CEO and CC Sarah (sbarrett@lyratechgroup.com).

Can I bring a plus one to the 2025 Lyra Growth Summit?

We ask that you refrain from bringing guests to this work event. If you invite a guest to stay in your guest room, the travel portion is at their/your personal expense, and guests are not invited to any hosted events or meetings.

Can I extend my hotel stay?

If you would like to extend your hotel stay beyond formal programming for non-business reasons or book an additional guest room, it will be at your own expense. Please contact the Pendry Chicago directly. Our group rate is only guaranteed for the hosted nights from Monday, September 29 - Wednesday, October 1. Check out will be on Wednesday, October 1.

Does Pendry Chicago offer early check in?

Pendry Chicago offers early check in if available for a fee, based on availability. If you plan to check in early, please contact our front desk at (312) 777-9000 prior to your arrival.

Does Pendry Chicago offer late check out?

Pendry Chicago offers late check out for a fee, based on availability. If you plan to check out late, please contact our front desk at (312) 777-9000.

Will there be parking?

Valet parking is available at Pendry Chicago for a nightly fee of $79 + tax and is available when you arrive on-site. Valet service is located on the Wacker Place side of the building.

Will there be downtime to take meetings?

There will be a break before dinner on Tuesday evening but we ask that you focus your attention on the sessions during the day.

How long does it take to get to Pendry Chicago from the airport?

Pendry Chicago is conveniently located 12 miles from MDW (about 30 minutes by car) and 19 miles from ORD (about 45 minutes by car).
We recommend taking an Uber or Lyft.
