Research Area: Milena Terzić completed her PhD in 2020 on Technology Engineering and is employed as a research associate at the Faculty of Technology, University of Novi Sad, Serbia. The main focus of her research is the optimization of modern extraction techniques for obtaining new functional food products from wild plants and the use of HPLC methods with the idea of characterizing new food products. In addition, she works on developing and formulating dietary supplements intended for children and adults to strengthen immunity. She participated as a researcher in five national scientific projects in multidisciplinary fields. She is very active in the transfer of knowledge from science to industry through cooperation with various companies.
