Note- if your guest is a not a Campo student, you will need them to complete the bottom of page one which includes obtaining the signature and business card of an admin at their school.
Print the form, fill it out and obtain signatures.
Bring the completed form to the Attendance Office no later than April 10th.
Non-Campo high school guests will need to have their guest agreement signed by their school administrator; plan accordingly to meet the deadline as this can take a few days.
If you plan on taking a guest/date to Junior Prom that is NOT a current high school student, that person can NOT be 21 or older (no exception) and must have written Campolindo admin approval.
