If you plan to ship, email Teresa Mulholland (tmulholland@cahed.org) by April 22nd. Detail what company you are with and how many packages you will be shipping.
All packages must be addressed as follows:

Packages not containing the above label will be denied at the dock
We will need to know the number of boxes expected to be delivered to the venue
Packages are not allowed to be delivered to the venue prior to (7) days before the event
Empower Field at Mile High has the right to deny any packages that arrive damaged or look suspect.
Empower Field is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
If you would like us to gather boxes from the Loading Dock and take them to your Event Space, there is a fee of $20 to $250.00 depending on the number of boxes, pallets, crates, etc.
If vendors individually carry their boxes to the space, the fee will be waived. We have rolling carts available at the Dock that you can borrow to help with this.
At the conclusion of the event, vendors are responsible for boxing, taping, labeling and personally delivering boxes/packages for pick up at the dock. They must schedule a pick up from FedEx or UPS and fill out appropriate paperwork.
If you are using FedEx Express, you must schedule a pick-up at the North Loading Dock – they will not stop if one is not scheduled.
If you would like us to gather boxes from the event space and take shipments to the dock to be shipped out, there is a fee of $20 to $250.00 depending on the number of boxes, pallets, crates, etc.
If vendors individually carry their boxes to the dock, the fee will be waived.
If you choose our shipping option - Vendors must still box, tape, label, and arrange for pickup – we will gather all prepared items from the event space and place them at the loading dock
