Poster Award Competition Evaluation Gudielines (評分規則) ：

Every registered conference attendee please helps filling out the evaluation survey using the QR code or web-link to be provided prior to the BRC event.

Your feedback is a must to make this poster award competition possible.   The competition rating (voting) closes at 1:30 p.m. Jan 5.

You can select the top 5 posters per your judgement (i.e. 5 points to the 1st place, 4 points to the 2nd place, and so on). Only your latest vote will be counted, if you cast more than one vote.

The criteria below are for your reference. There are 31 poster papers in this competition.

1). Scientific Quality and Novelty

2). Applications to advance the quality and convenience of livelihood

3). Poster Design and Paper Abstract Contents/ Format (e.g. abstract template should be followed)

4). Discussion’s Responses during the poster discussion session or break times.

5). The BRC Secretary Office will  add the weights to encourage poster authors and poster research advisors to raise the questions under the Q&A during the Speakers Program.  (10% of the rating scores can be added per each question raised by poster author or research advisor; for example, 50% of your rating scores can be added if total five questions have been raised by you or your poster research advisor/ professor).

The survey of the evaluation form will be compiled after the competition closes at 1:30 p.m. Jan 5.  We will select some winners of the outstanding BRC research poster award based on the total points from the compiled data in this survey. The numbers of winner and amount of cash prizes will be determined based on the evaluation outcomes (e.g. numbers of the feedback versus the budget).  

(PS:  Some outstanding poster papers will be selected by all the registered attendees on a general votes basis, with the weighted ratings from some special guests.  The awards will include the scholarship cash and certificate diploma granted in the closing ceremony.). 

The winners will be announced and awarded in the Closing Session of 3:30 p.m. Jan 5. The lead authors of the winners have to be on-site to be awarded. The qualification of the poster winner will be canceled if no lead author to be present during the closing.

The certificates and cash prizes will be provided after the conference.

TO POSTER AUTHORS & THOSE WHO REPEAT SELECTING THE SAME POSTERS

 TO Poster Authors - You need to fill out the evaluation survey to be qualified in this poster award competition. However, you will be disqualified if you rate your own poster, or, you rate the posters from your own research group under same research mentor.

TO Those Who Repeat Selecting the Same Posters – Every attendee can select the top 5 “different” posters. Any more than one repeated selecting same poster among the 5 ones will disqualify the full points count. (禁止重複評選相同論文壁報， 違者將不予計分)。
