Registration Instructions:

1. Log in to your Wild Apricot account

• You must be a current NCSSFL member to log in and register for the Annual Meeting.

• Your login name is the email address you listed as your preferred email.

• Please do NOT create a new account.  If you are having trouble logging in, email Veronica Trapani-Huebner at technology@ncssfl.org for assistance.

• You will not see the meeting registration information until after you log in.

2. Renew your membership if needed.

• Make sure your membership is current.  

• Dues for the 2024-2025 fiscal year are due by October 1, 2024.

• Annual dues are $40

3. Register for the Annual Meeting

• Once you log in, you will see a link to the annual meeting registration on your opening page.

• Scroll to the bottom and on the left side will be a link to begin your registration.

Payments

• You can pay your dues and registration fees online with a credit card using our secure AffiniPay system.

• If you prefer to send a check, you can print an invoice from your account and mail a copy along with payment to the address listed on the invoice.

• If you need a copy of the NCSSFL W-9 form, email treasurer@ncssfl.org to request one.
