There are no shuttles from the airports to the hotels on Friday. You are on your own to get to the hotels Friday. 

• 1:00 - 5:00pm: Hospitality Room at TETRA Hotel (head there when you check in to chat with other attendees and grab some snacks)

• 3:00pm: Official Check-in at both hotels 

• 6:00pm: First shuttle departs from both hotels to Google Moffett Park 3 (MP3) and back (shuttle runs every 15 minutes) - it's a safe, 10min flat walk along sidewalk from hotel to Google MP3 (we encourage you to enjoy the fall air : )). 

• 6:00pm: Please do not arrive on the Google campus before 6pm.

• 6:00pm - 7:00pm:  Dinner at Google MP3 (KitchenSync Cafe)

• 7:45 - 8:30pm: Opening Session @ Google

• 8:30 - 10:45pm: Meet and Greet with Desserts and Bar in Kitchen Sync 

• 10:55pm: last shuttle from Google MP3 to hotels

Saturday, October 5, 2024 

• 7:30am: First shuttle from hotels to Google Moffett Park (shuttle departs every 15 minutes) - it's a safe, 10min flat walk along sidewalk from hotel to Google MP3 (we encourage you to enjoy the fall air : )).

• 7:30 - 9:00am: Breakfast in KitchenSync

• 9:15 - 9:30am: Opening Session / GSoC 2024

• 9:30 - 10:30am:  Lightning talks (Rd 1)

• 10:30am - 12:30pm: Sessions 

• 11:00am:  Last am shuttle leaves Hotels->Google Moffett Park

• 12:30 - 2:00pm: Lunch in KitchenSync

• 1:40 - 1:55pm: Group Photo in the Lobby

• 2:00 - 3:30pm: Sessions

• 3:30 - 4:00pm: PM Break

• 4:00 - 5:30pm: Sessions

• 5:30 - 6:30pm: Lightning Talks, Round 2 in Raster

• 6:30- 8:00pm: Dinner in KitchenSync

• 8:00 - 10:45pm: Socializing, dessert and treats! (KitchenSync)

• 10:55pm: Last shuttle departs Google for hotels

• 6:00 - 10:55pm: Shuttles start running to hotels and back (every 15 min)

• 7:30am: First shuttle from hotels to Google MP3 (shuttles depart every 15 minutes) - (bring your luggage on shuttle to store at Google - note, please check out of hotels as hotel check out time is 12:00 pm)

• 7:30 - 9:00am: Breakfast at KitchenSync

• 9:00am - 12:30pm: Sessions

• 11:25am: Last shuttle departs hotels to Google

• 12:30 - 2:00pm: Lunch at KitchenSync

• 2:00 - 3:30pm: Sessions

• 3:30 - 3:50pm: Closing Session

• 4:15pm: Shuttle departs for SFO expect a 35-50min ride to SFO

• 4:15pm: Shuttle departs for SJC airport (expect about a 15-20 min drive to SJC)
