轉帳繳費方式及注意事項：
轉帳 : 郵局 (代號 700) 台大醫院郵局、帳號「0002154-0092840」、戶名「中華民國生物物理學會詹迺立」。
刷卡 : 信用卡刷卡連結網頁 (刷卡項目請填入報名項目，例如 "37" 代表學生會員註冊費並參加晚宴早鳥價共 900 元。如為團體繳費請以刷卡人為代表並填寫此表單)。
轉帳或進行團體繳費後，請填寫此份表單，以利後續帳務作業進行。
新加入會員請確認已填寫入會申請書。
2024年4月15日 前未完成繳費者，早鳥優惠價將自動轉以原價收費。
2024年5月15日 前未完成繳費者，恕不受理報名作業。
如完成報名但因故不克參加者，請務必於 2024年5月10日前 備繳費證明以 E-mail 方式向學會申請全額退費，逾期恕不受理 。
凡報名繳費本次研討會之會員，可折抵 2025 年度之常年會費(即報名費折抵明年會費)。
所有款項得一併繳交，如有其他繳費相關疑問，請來電洽詢 (02) 23123456 轉 288213 王柏峰先生 。
所需繳交總金額請自行加總並於該方案截止前進行匯款，如一位普通會員參加大會晚宴所需繳交費用 (早鳥報名費1,100元 + 大會晚宴600元) 總計需繳金額為 1,700 元。
經確認繳費且金額正確後，將發送電子收據至所填寫之 E-mail 信箱。

To pay with a credit card: Credit card payment gateway ( Please fill in the purchase item with the registration item , for example, '37' represents the student membership registration and banquet fee, which is a total of NT 800 (early bird price). If paying as a group, please use the credit card holder as the representative and fill out this form )
If paying through transfer or group registration, please fill in this form to help our accounting processes.
New members, please confirm that you have filled out the membership application form.
If payment is not completed before April 15, 2024. Early bird discount will be automatically transferred to the original fee.
If payment is not completed before May 15, 2024. Registration will not be accepted.
If you have completed the registration but are unable to participate for some reason, please E-mail the transfer certificate or payment receipt (screenshot or photo) to the Email: biophys@gate.sinica.edu.tw for a full refund before May 10, 2024. It is no refunds available after May 10, 2024.
All registered members for the Conference can deduct the annual membership fee for 2025.
All payments may be paid together. If you have any other payment-related questions, please call (02) 23123456 #288213 Mr. Po-Feng Wang.
Please add up the total amount you need to pay and make the remittance before the various deadlines. If a member is a regular member to participate in the Conference Banquet, the total amount ( NT$ 1,100 for the registration fee + NT$ 600 for the Conference Banquet) is NT$ 1,700.
After confirmation of the payment and the correctness of the amount, an electronic receipt will be sent to the email address provided.
