I am Takumi Takahashi, an international student enrolled in the dual degree program at National Central University and Kansai University, Japan. I earned a bachelor’s degree from Kansai University, specializing in microbiology and biochemistry. Currently, I have been studying on sustainable enzymatic synthesis of vitamin. I am honored to make my debut poster presentation and look forward with great enthusiasm to participating in the upcoming Green Sustainable Biotechnology Symposium.
