Professor Po Ting Chen received his Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering at Feng Chia University. He was a Professor in the Department of Biotechnology and Food Technology at Southern Taiwan Unive rsity of Science and Technology, Tainan, Taiwan. His lab is focusing on the commercial protein, functional peptide, and chemical production in microorganism, food processing technology, probiotics development, and Beer brewing. His main research interest i s development of microbial expression system for synthetic biology or industrial application, and Biorefinery process.
