Crab Feed ticket types and seating frequently asked questions.
How much is a crab feed ticket?
A General Admission ticket is only $80. General admission ticket seating is assigned by the Fair Oaks Rotary Club. On the figure below, tables E2 & H3 are examples of typical General Admission seating.
Preferred Seating tickets are $85. Preferred seating is near the front or back of the room or along the isles. You can choose the seat you want at the time of purchase by using the floor plan to select the specific table and seat you want. On the figure below, tables A1 & D2 are example of Preferred Seating.
You can buy a Full Table (or more) by selecting all the seats at the table, or send us an email at info@RotaryFairOaks.org with how many seats you want.
You can also skip the lines at the Crab Feed and buy Drink Tickets online in advance two weeks before the event.
Is there a service fee?
Yes, there is a $2 service fee per order to help cover the cost of credit card processing. We only charge the fee per order so buy all your seats, drink tickets, etc. in one order to minimize the cost.
Can I make a donation to help with the fundraising?
Yes, there is a suggested optional donation of $20 with each order that you can set to zero or any other amount. Thank you in advance if you are able to help!
Can I pay by cash or check?
Yes, send an email to info@RotaryFairOaks.org with the type and number of ticket(s) you want to buy. Tickets will be held for 48 hours and then released if payment is not received.
Can I get help with ordering tickets?
Yes, send an email to info@RotaryFairOaks.org with the type and number of ticket(s) you want to buy and the best phone number and time to call and complete the order.
Will tickets be available for purchase at the door?
We expect the event to sell out, but a limited number of tickets may be if people cancel or we don’t sell out.
Can I bring my own bottle of wine to the event?
Yes, you may bring one bottle for a $10 corkage fee.
Are children allowed at the Crab Feed.
Yes, however this is an adult-focused fundraising event, so we encourage you to make it an adults-only night out, and each guest must have a ticket.
Will butter warmers be available?
Yes, we will have butter and butter warmers available for sale, or you can bring your own.
How do people typically dress?
Many people choose to dress in colorful Mardi Gras colors, beads and masks. Others dress to impress and for the photos. It's a diner party and fundraiser, so the choice is yours. Please no provocative or potentially offensive clothing.
Is there music? Is there a DJ or a live band?
Background music, yes. DJ or live band, no. Master of Ceremonies and entertainment, yes.

Is there more than one auction or raffle?
Yes we will have four events:
a "Fun Draw" with dozens of delightful baskets and items you have a chance to win by dropping tickets into bid jars next to the item
a Live Auction with a handful of unique and exciting items to bid on live at the events, by phone or online
a Silent Auction with about 100 different items ranging from the silly to the extravagant you can bid on using your phone or computer
a Mega Draw with the chance to win a $2,000 prize of your choice for only $40
How do I register to bid?

When does the Silent Auction open for bidding?
The Silent Auction opens for bidding on Feb 1st at 9:00 AM
Can I bid on the Auction Items if I'm not going to the crab feed?
Yes, anyone in the US can bid on the Silent Auction items using their phone or computer. Anyone in the US can bid on the Live Auction items via our live broadcast on Zoom and Facebook.
