Items Due by September 1st 

Required Forms:  Forms will need to be printed signed and emailed to Kristi Richter by August 1st

 Gift Options: You will need to complete a list of guest options to provide to the other classes by August 1st

Group Photos will be taken on this day. More information will be provided closer to the date. See home page for dress code. 

Tuxedo options will be reviewed and decided upon at this meeting. 

Items Due by September TT Meeting from TTs

Important Information Form: You will find this form on this site. This will include information for the script, program, song to walk to (along with the sheet music), etc. This form is to due by your September TT meeting. 

Song to walk to: Submit the form with a link for the music with no lyrics.

Script Information: Please make sure to go over this information with your mom before completing the form. (ie. NCL awards, favorite philanthropy, quote, song, 5-6 activities/organizations you participate in, college, futures goals, etc. ).

Letters to Mom Form: Please complete the form "Letter to Your Mom." This is your letter to your mom. You will submit this by the September TT meeting. These letters will be recorded in your own voice at a date to be determined (usually on the day of the scavenger hunt).

Photos for the slide show Form: There is a form on this site to submit your 3 photos for the slide show. These should be: one photo of you when you were a toddler one of you and your mom and a current picture of you. These electronic versions will be used for the slide show. You will also need to provide hard copies of these photos (they will be used for decorations at the event, I strongly suggest that you give us a copy of your photo). The electronic form and the hard copies of your photo are due by your September Ticktocker meeting. 

Master of Ceremonies: You will need to select a Master of Ceremonies at the Sept. TT meeting. 

Letter from the Class for the program will need to be completed at the Sept. TT meeting. 

October 

Moms will need to complete the form 2022 Senior Table Count Form by October 1st. 

Payment for all guest tickets is due by October 31st.

By December 1st 

Moms complete the 2022 Senior Guest List Form.
