Backstage Dressing Rooms
Please read below to know where you should be heading on dress rehearsal.
Dancers should arrive in their first costume.
All dancers who have 2 or more classes, not including Opening Numbers, will have a space to store their costumes and other get-ready items, have quick changes, etc.
If you have 3 or more dances, not including Opening Number, we will assign you a more private room. See below.
THE SHOP
Ages 4-7
Dancers in 2 classes of all ages
Dancers approximately aged 4-7 who will likely sit in audience most of the time, 2 dances, need small area for changing/storing snacks/costumes
Dancers who have 2 classes and need to have space to store their costume and change of clothes.
Large, open, backstage area, up the stairs from the stage
Cut through for assigned dressing rooms
Equipment and tools, so dancer beware/supervised.
Few outlets
Changing pods, a few racks
BAND ROOM #1
Ages 8-11
Ages 12 in need of parental supervision/assistance *parents to determine
Adult dancers
Adult dancers & their children
Dancers ages 8-11, or older whose parents do not want to leave them unsupervised or assisted and need more longer term storage for items, costumes, etc.
Adult dancers who have multiple children, or whose total classes per family need a backstage space.
Large room with movable furniture

Bathroom located close by

BAND ROOM #2
All Ohana teachers and staff
Showcase Production team (Downright, Bromery)
Identical room near Band Room #1. Space for teachers, staff, their children, props, awards, and other special items for the show.
TEEN ROOM #1
Ages 15-17
No parents/adults allowed.
3 stall bathroom
20+ chairs with lighted mirrors
Small rack for hanging
U shaped
“TEEN” ROOM #2
Ages 12-14
No parents/adults allowed.
3 stall bathroom
