Day of Fair

2024 NC CTM Eastern Region Math Fair Schedule:

The Central Region Math Fair will be held at Wake Tech Community College's Beltline Education Center (BEC), 3200 Bush Street, Raleigh, NC 27609. (See General Information tab on this page for a map.)

• Park in the lot along Bush Street, where the main entrance sign is located. Enter the building through the glass doors and immediately turn left - follow the signs to room 406D, the Multipurpose Room. 

• Additional parking is available on the lot facing Wolfpack Lane, closest to "Amazon" - there is a sign outside directing you to the Multipurpose Room, 406D. 

9:00 – 9:45am: Project Registration outside WTCC BEC 406D and Project Set Up in 406D / Multipurpose Room

9:45am: Project Display Areas are cleared; Parents and students remain in the Breakroom next to 406D

10:00am: Project Interviews Begin

 1:30pm: Awards Ceremony in 406D, Multipurpose Room

Logistics: Students will wait with their parents/guardians in the breakroom attached to 406D until called for their project interview.  Once a math fair participant has been interviewed he/she will be released back to their parent or guardian.  At that time, they may leave campus for lunch.

If judging has been completed in time, the project area will be opened for public viewing before the Awards Ceremony at 1:30 PM.

Judge's comments will be distributed immediately following the Awards Ceremony.

Note:  Snacks will be available for purchase in the adjacent holding room.
