2024 NCAS-M Annual Meeting

The NOAA Cooperative Science Center in Atmospheric Sciences and Meteorology (NCAS-M) cordially invite you to attend the 2024 annual meeting. The meeting objectives:
- Broaden engagements with NOAA’s line offices to increase student training and research opportunities.
- Advance interdisciplinary research collaborations with NOAA.
- Advance opportunities to increase student hires to NOAA positions
Expected outcomes:
Identification of new research opportunities with NOAA for faculty and students
Development of research and training ideas for robust interdisciplinary research among the partner institutions with NOAA
Cultivation of ideas for the development of strategies to ensure students take advantage of NOAA direct hire opportunities

This integrated facility advances NOAA’s effort to build a Weather-Ready Nation through improved precision forecasts, effective communications, and strong partnerships.
Note: REAL ID Enforcement - As of July 2014 REAL ID enforcement is in effect at all Federal facilities. The guards will be turning away those visitors/guests without alternate IDs if they have Driver's Licenses from non-compliant states/territories (see http://www.dhs.gov/real-id-enforcement-brief for the latest) at the NCWCP entrance gate. The follow forms of Federal issued identification in lieu of a state issued driver's license will be accepted: Passport, Passport Card, DOD's CAC, Federal Agency HSPD-12 IDs, Veterans ID and Military dependents ID.
