KhanToElessar has made outstanding contributions to the Hogan's Heroes fanfiction community with her Meta works, which are published on AO3 under the pen name Cerridwen. A research-backed blend of head canon and historical analysis, these Metas have encouraged discussion and debate. There is no Papa Bear Awards category in which these works could complete in 2022, so we are honouring her with this Special Award in hopes that her Metas will inspire similar contributions from others.

As a writer, an artist, an ambassador for this fandom on newer platforms such as Tumblr, and a PBA committee volunteer, she has contributed her time and talents to this fandom for many years. She also maintains a website that links all the award-winning stories going back to the original PBAs, which began in 2003.
