RP Sign-up Instructions & Forms

1.  The RP convention program (of 3 days) is announced first for you to view the schedule and abstracts on Sunday afternoon May 12, 2024.

2.  You may look at the categories and the topics that you find interesting from the schedule.

3. The sign-up session (as the audience for the topic you are interested in) for the CCIII RP Convention of 2024 is from May 14, 2024 Tuesday around noon to May 18, 2024 Saturday noon. 

4.  The sign-up will be conducted online, and BELOW are the links for signing up for the RP convention, please sign up carefully.

5.  Please sign up for TWO of the Three days of the Research Paper Convention (May 28, June 4, and June 11, 2024).
Please DO NOT sign up for the day you are presenting. Your name is already keyed in by CCIII TA.
Note: The names that are already shown on the RP schedule are those of the presenters.

6.  Please remember that there is a limited quota reserved for student listeners for each classroom (the maximum is 19 students including the presenters in the room).
Please fill in your names and select your sections in the Google Form.
Please find another classroom to participate in if the room you intend to sign up for is full. Otherwise, we will randomly assign you to vacant classroom later.

7.  Please note that those students who have not signed up after the sign-up session ends (May 18, 2024, Saturday noon) will be randomly assigned to vacant classrooms.

8.  The sign-up results will be posted on the website on May 20, 2024, Tuesday evening.
