Registration

1. Pay the registration fee via the PACT Payment Portal (Dragonpay payment platform). See the below video reference how to pay using the Dragonpay payment platform. You may pay using an e-Wallet, online bank transfer, over-the-counter payment, and other payment centers. Please make sure that you will read the instructions given by Dragonpay on your given email address or mobile number.

2. After the confirmed payment, fill out the registration form. 

3. Dragonpay will confirm your payment via the email address that you have indicated in the payment process.

4. PACT will verify your payment and will send an email to confirm your registration.

5. For group payments and check payments, please email pactnational@gmail.com to request the bank details.

1. Upon landing on the PACT Payment Portal, you will see this on your screen.

2. Click on the "2023 National Convention" button. You will see this on your screen.

3. Click on the "Payment Option" button. Choose the appropriate registration fee that applies to you.

4. After you have clicked on the registration fee, click on the "Pay Now" button.

5. You will be directed to the Dragonpay payment platform. Click on the "SELECT A PAYMENT OPTION". Choose and click which of the payment options you want to use. Input your email or mobile on the box provided. Click on the box "I agree ... ". Then click on the button "Select".

6. If you clicked on GCash Bills Pay, you will see this on your screen. Please ensure that you have inputted your email address or mobile number. If you preferred GCash, this is what you will see on your screen. Click on the "Send Instructions via Email/Mobile" button. 

7. After clicking on "Sending Instructions ... ", you will be directed to this screen.

8. Check your email. You will receive an email from Dragonpay (sample email below) for the instructions. The transaction reference is unique for every transaction.  Click on the link and follow the instructions.

10. Once payment was made, fill out the 2023 PACT Registration Form. Click on the link below.
