• Does your day and night staff have good relations? How do you communicate at the staff switch?

• Does your department have good relations with the teachers? What are some things you’ve found that work to improve the connections?

• What are the top five activities that are very popular with the students?

• What are the three top challenges you face in your daily interactions with the students?

• With Generation Z entering the workforce, what are some of the differences between your staff of different generations?

• What kind of training do you receive? What kind of training do you feel you need?
