FARM TO SCHOOL RUBRIC: Prior to the Summer Retreat, all teams will complete their own Farm to School Rubric with their team coach.
FARM TO SCHOOL ACTION PLAN: Teams will use their self-assessment rubric to generate a team action plan at the Summer Retreat.
SCHOOL-COACH ROLES: to understand what you can expect during the year-long process in partnership with your designated coach.
