Below, you will find resources for the Farm to School Institute Action Planning Process:

• FARM TO SCHOOL RUBRIC: Prior to the Summer Retreat, all teams will complete their own Farm to School Rubric with their team coach.

• FARM TO SCHOOL ACTION PLAN: Teams will use their self-assessment rubric to generate a team action plan at the Summer Retreat.
