York University is located at 4700 Keele St, Toronto, ON M3J 1P3

York University is easily accessible via the TTC with a subway station directly located on campus. If you plan to drive to the conference, please note that parking is $10/day. Parking will be in the Arboretum parking structure. Simply enter and pay from the kiosk on your way out.

Accommodations

There are several hotels located near the main Keele Campus. OAGEE has secured a block of 10 rooms for conference participants at the Residence Inn Toronto Vaughan (first come first served).

The hotel is close to a lot of amenities and the Vaughan subway station should you choose not to drive to campus. Please call the hotel directly for additional information.

Selected beverages and a light snack will be provided by the York University catering services for our coffee breaks.

A complementary wine and cheese reception will be held at the end of Friday to honour and recognize award(s) recipients. A drink ticket will be provided upon registration Friday morning.
