Email ABSTRACTS and POSTERS to chromforumdv@gmail.com
The email address the abstract is received from will become your primary contact with CFDV, and will be used for prize distributions.
Include all Presenters' Names and their academic or business affiliations. Team presentations are welcomed.
Posters will be displayed on this site for Symposium attendees’ viewing.
Interviews of semi-finalists will be conducted over ZOOM on a mutually agreed-upon schedule.
Microsoft PowerPoint is the preferred file format. Google Sheets and PDF files are acceptable. Security restrictions will be those which you apply to your files. Consider that readers may want to download your presentation for review.
Posters should be created in landscape view with dimensions of 36 inches high x 48 inches wide.
Font size should be no less than 28 pt. Content should be readable without the need for the zoom function when viewed in full screen mode.
The Poster should be a single document file and must not be larger than 50MB.
There should be no links or embedded video in the document.

Posters will be judged per project for the following attibutes:
Focus, Clarity, and Organization of the Topic as exhibited by the Poster.
Quality of writing and data analysis / interpretation. Appropriate attributions. Defensibility of Conclusions.
Outcome of the Interview with CFDV judges. Communication skill, and coherence in response to questions.
Significance of the presenters' contributions to the project. Ideas for further work.
Applicability to the Symposium Theme and Impact of the work to the practicing Chromatography Community.
