Science Supervisors are networkers and leaders. By exploring the implications of context in instruction, assessment, and leadership in our practice we begin to explore what that means for each of us, and how we might manage the complexity of our work. What tensions do we negotiate? What partnerships can help us navigate our work? Where and how do we map and plan for equitable resource availability: coordinating between STEM/Science and CTE environments, addressing science education deserts, urban/rural contexts in education, teacher training, and access to instructional materials. Join us as we explore our science education environment, identify our places in it, and plan to navigate our way forward!!!
