HIE-TECH JUVENILE UPSKILLING CENTER

This project requires to design of a government-funded community-based juvenile upskilling center to cultivate high technology talent and prepare for future talent reservation. This building integrate function of community facilities in learning center. It is act as a third place for youth socializing and skill learning place.
