Students will explore the ways in which professional musicians, sound technicians, producers, and other roles function in the creation of commercial music. Students will have the opportunity to explore a variety of acoustic instruments, electronic music creation, and sound recording technology. Through hands-on learning students in the music production class will gain experience in what it is like to be part of the commercial music industry.
