The City and County of Honolulu, Department of Facility Maintenance and APWA are pleased to invite you to the 2021 Virtual Stormwater Quality BMPs Workshops and Public Works Conference hosted via InEvent. This event will have virtual booths, where you can network with attendees and promote your company and products.

Virtual Booth includes:

Customizable exhibitor page
- A photo or graphic, usually this is your company logo but it can also be a featured product
- A Name or Title followed by a hyperlink, again this can be your company name with a link to your main website or a featured product
- Space for text to describe your company, your services and products and whatever other information you would like to share
- Additional hyperlinks can be included within your text description
At a first paid first to select basis, conduct a 10-minute presentation during the regularly scheduled program. There will be two of these presentations available each day of the event, for a total of 6 presentation slots offered to exhibitors.

Regular Registration: Ends July 11, 2021 – Virtual Booth @...$ 350.00

NOTE: No application will be processed nor space assigned without payment in full. Once the form is accepted by the City and County of Honolulu, all rules and regulations stated below apply. This form is the only means by which space may be reserved. Selection of presentation slots are made on a first come first served basis in order of date received.

This exposition is managed and owned by the City and County of Honolulu (hereinafter, City).1. Eligibility – Any company manufacturing products for or providing services to the storm water industry.2. Exhibitors are required to register for this event.3. Access to Virtual Space (customizable webpage) – Download and complete “2021 STORMWATER QUALITY BMPS WORKSHOPS EXHIBITOR FORM” and submit with payment as stated above.e. No form will be processed, nor space assigned without payment in full. Once the payment is accepted by City, the stated rules and regulation apply. All forms will be date stamped upon receipt at the exhibits chair office. This form is the only means by which space may be reserved. City reserves the right to accept, defer and reject the form. Access will be provided upon receipt.4. Virtual space is organized in alphabetical order.5. Exhibit space – City reserves the right to edit exhibitor content and/or limit the amount of space assigned if necessary, to take care of all applications on hand as well as to ensure professionalism and quality of content being shared.6. Payment for Exhibit Space – A check for the full booth rental amount must be provided with registration form.7. Cancellation and Withdrawal – Cancellation by Exhibitor of space application will result in the following if the cancellation notice is received by City:Before June 11, 2021, 75% of the total amount will be refunded to the exhibitor..Before July 11, 2021, 50% of the total amount will be refunded to the exhibitor.Before August 11, 2021, 25% of the total amount will be refunded to the exhibitor.No refunds are available after August 18, 2021.All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing and sent to cleanwater@honolulu.gov.
