FAQ

Q: When is the sign-in / drop-off?

A: Sign-in for the event starts at 6:30 PM and ends at 7:00 PM.

Q: When is sign-out/pick-up?

A: Sign out for the event starts at 7:00 AM and ends at 7:30 AM on Sunday, July 28. A parent/guardian or an appointed adult must pick up the teen no later than the specified pick-up times or other measures per library policy will need to be implemented.  Please bring a photo ID.

Q: What kinds of activities will teens get to participate in?

A: We have many great activities planned for the evening, such as Laser Tag, crafts, video games, etc.  We don't want to give too much of the fun away.

Q: Will there be food?

A: Of course! We can't have an event for teens without food. We will be providing pizza, tea sandwiches (ham, turkey, cucumber, and strawberry), fruits, veggies, and a few small snacks. We will also have water and soda. If you have food allergies or dietary needs you are welcome to bring appropriate food and snacks. We do have a refrigerator.

Q: Who will be running the event?

A: The teen staff and other library staff from inside our library system will be running this event. We will also have a Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Officer with us during the event.
