PROOF OF VACCINATION REQUIRED

We want to do what we can to ensure safety for our fellow pinballers. With COVID still out there and variants in the mix, we are requiring proof of vaccination in order to attend.

In order to submit a registration form, you must check the box agreeing to provide proof of vaccination. Once your form is submitted you will receive a confirmation e-mail asking for pizza preferences and an image of your vaccination card (along with a deadline). Your registration is not complete until you provide proof of vaccination. If you do not do so by the required date, your spot will be filled and you will move to the end of the waiting list.
