Advocate for policies that address health inequities
In your workplace/organization:
Do public spaces have at least one nongendered bathroom?
Do forms ask about gender? Do they need to? If yes, do they include nonbinary options? If no, why is that question on there?
Do HR policies support neurodivergent employees?
Donate to organizations that work to reduce inequities
There are lots! Here are a few ideas:

Food is medicine - Donate wisely to local food shelves
Many food shelf patrons in our area are looking for foods to help manage or prevent chronic health conditions. Donate things like:
Protein drinks such as Boost or Ensure
Canned vegetables and beans with no salt added
Low sugar items (less than 10 g per serving)
Peanut butter with no added sugar (even better if you can find it with no added salt)
Gluten-free/nut-free or other allergen-free foods
