Opening in early February 2020, the 2020 Resale Shop closed to the public in March 2020 due to COVID19 precautions. Through successful online sales, a portion of the theatre's poster collection was liquidated. These funds would in turn support the Fox West Theatre's Fall Fanfare 2020, a virtual season of performances and tours of the theatre.
The oldest posters in the Fox West collection were from 1959-- the year Sally, Marie, and John Sawaya purchased the Fox West. Remarkably, Sally and Marie used the blank side of some posters for their own promotion. All posters modified in this way, as well as dozens of others from each decade of the theater's operation, have been retained in the theatre's permanent collection.
