"Dr. C", Weather and Climate instructor at The University of Toledo, researches geospatial technologies and uses remote sensing technologies to assess sources of non-point source pollution in the Maumee River Watershed and Lake Erie with the Lake Erie Center Sensor Project. He also investigates potential health hazards due to the application of biosolids to agricultural fields using GIS and engages K-12 teachers and students through the SATELITTES Program which utilizes surface temperature observations through The GLOBE Program
