The 2019 University of New Hampshire (UNH) Bioengineering Symposium is a one-day event featuring several talks by external invited speakers in key areas that are at the forefront of cutting-edge research worldwide and broadly represent the field of bioengineering.

The purpose of this bioengineering symposium, started originally in 2014 and continued annually, is to provide a platform for mutual discussions, dialogues, student participation, and catalyze potential collaborations among UNH faculty and experts from other successful chemical/Bio-engineering programs.

Talks at the symposium are meant to inspire participants and members of the UNH community by broadening their research perspectives. A key goal of the symposium is also to expose our undergraduate and graduate student population to the impact of research in bioengineering that is revolutionizing medicine and healthcare.

An outstanding panel of three external speakers has been invited this year to present research talks on May 8, 2019 (Wednesday). The symposium program will begin at 9:00am in Room N101 of the Kingsbury Hall (home to the College of Engineering and Physical Sciences), and will continue until about 3:00pm with appropriate breaks, refreshments, and a poster session between 12:30pm-2:00pm in the Kingsbury Hall South Lobby (outside S145), where graduate and advanced undergraduate students and postdocs will present their research work in various areas of bioengineering.

The registration for the symposium is FREE but required to attend the symposium.

Light lunch will be provided for registered participants!
