Post a photo or video onto your FreshGrade each week with a comment about what you did.

Go for a walk with your family or sibling or dog
Make/Learn a dance from "TikTok" or YouTube
Ride your bike, scooter or skateboard (with a helmet!)
Play basketball, volleyball, badminton...etc. (use the equipment you have)
Play an interactive video game like Wii sports.
Work on your skipping rope skills
Do an online body weight workout (like we do in our fitness circuit for team time)
Follow an online Yoga class (see below!)
