Guest speaker
Pastor Andrew Yi has been the Pastor of English Ministry at First Chinese Baptist Church of Dallas since April of 2014. After receiving his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Houston, he moved to the DFW area to pursue his ThM at Dallas Theological Seminary, where he graduated in 2008 with an emphasis on Pastoral Ministry and Historical Theology. He is married to Mary (2006), and they have three children: Justin, Nathan and Kristen. Prior to becoming the Pastor of English Ministry at FCBCD in 2014, Pastor Andrew served as an Associate for churches in Dallas and Chicago. He is passionate about the life-transforming power of the Gospel in its fullest and most beautiful expression, which he believes can be experienced in and through the local Church community.
