Scenario : Nowadays, a lot of people have to work as a team and it is inevitable that every team usually have the meeting and doing work together at co-working space in order to brainstorm and helping each other. With the consequence, there are many co-working spaces that respond to customers needs. However, the co-working space owners still facing with many problems from customers in anyway. With this reason, the co-working space management system will help to solve the problems which are about time schedule, payment, and requirement material. We also collect the customers membership in order to store their information including their schedule, booking history, and the payment history which we can recall the process and collect the evidences when the problems from system has occur.
Problem statement :
1. There will be the overlap schedule if the system is not stable.
2. If the system is lagging, it will cause the mistake of booking such as it cannot complete the process of booking
3. The system does not update an available room.
4. In case of the customer who booked the slot but they do not come on the day, it will make the other customer lost their opportunity.
5. The customers don’t pay the booking and service fee.
6. The customers using the room exceed the time schedule.
7. The customers have over limit person in each room.
8. The customers want to booking as minute period but we provide only booking as hour period.
9. The members in a customer group may not know that they will have the meeting at co-working space, which the customer had booked
General requirement :
1. The customers have to register their information and login before using the system.
2. The system can allow customers to booking a meeting room.
3. The system have to show a lists of equipment in each room.
4. A price for each room per hour will show after the customers click to the target room.
5. The system can supports both IOS and Android platform.
6. The system has the customer service for them to contact with the operators anytime.
7. The system must show the calendar, the time schedule and the available room for an appointment.
8. After the customer already booked, system will show the room’s information that was selected.
9. The system will send an email to the customers before the appointment date up to the customers setting.
10. The customers can change the schedule by themselves in system at least 1 day before an appointment day.
11. The customer can cancel the booking before the appointment at least 3 days.
12. There is a remark for the customer who need more equipment after the customer booking the schedule.
13. The general customers have to do the online payment for complete the booking process before appointment time for 2 hours. If not, they can’t have their booking will be canceled
14. If the general customers want to booking the co-working space and use it within next 2 hours, they have to finish payment online immediately to book the room
15. The system will keep the information all of users to collect the credibility point for example; the customers be on time and never miss the appointment, they will gain the credibility. If they abandon the appointment, the credibility point will decrease.
16. The system provide the special offers for the premium customer which are the customer can pay by cash or cheque instead of finish the payment online before the meeting and can use the special room.

18. There is FAQ for the customers.
19. After the customer paid, they will get the E-ticket that will show the booking detail and the QR code.
20. The customer can log in with Facebook and Google account.
21. The system will’ show the Google map of the appointment place in website.
22. The system can calculate the total price of the booking fee.
23. The time slot count only in price per hour.
24. The system will send the appointment to the members in group via Email and when the booking was canceled as well.
