During the conference
On Saturday we will have a minibus leaving at 13:45 outside the hotel bound for the Math department. This minibus is only for people staying at Hotel Matiz as it only has 15 seats. Desi will at Hotel Matiz with her car and will pick 4 more people, if needed.
In the following days there will be a large bus with 42 seats to and from the conference and the Hotel Pousada Universitaria and the Hotel Matiz. More precisely, on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday there will be a bus stopping at the Pousada Universitaria at 8:40/8:45 in themorning and then at 8:50/8:55 at Hotel Matiz and going to the University.
At the end of each day, one large bus with 42 seats will drive people back to Hotel Matiz and Hotel Pousada Universitaria at 19:00.
To come and leave the conference
For participants coming from the Cabo Frio conference, a minibus Viracopos-UNICAMP will be arranged on Saturday afternoon. The time will be announced later, once travel arrangements are known. Such participants won't be given talks on Saturday
There will be a bus from the Math Department at UNICAMP to the Viracopos airport of Campinas (VCP) at 14:30 on July 31st. This will be convenient for the participants that want to fly to Rio de Janeiro for the main ICM conference.
There WON'T be a bus from the Guarulhos airport (GRU) at 9:30am on July 28th due to very small demand.
There are regular buses going from the Campinas Bus Terminal to the Guarulhos and Viracopos airport and Uber/Cabify/99 shared rides services to move within Campinas which work well.
To go from Guarulhos to the Campinas Bus Terminal, use the Lirabus bus company. You can buy tickets online at the link https://bamcaf.clickbus.com.br/ . The two stops to specify are "Campinas, SP" and "Guarulhos, SP - Aeroporto de Cumbica"
The plenary speakers will be lodged at the Hotel Matiz Barão Geraldo.
