  • As a "tandem conference," all MW SOT and AAPS RMDG participants attend the welcome reception, keynote presentations, poster session, and student speaker and poster award ceremony.

Speaker: John Atkins, PMP, CSM

John is a certified project management executive with extensive experience in project, program, and portfolio management; strategic planning and execution; contract negotiation and vendor management; software development, delivery and support; customer relationship management; business analysis; process improvement and customer service. Practical industry experience in healthcare, utilities, hardware/software technology, oil and gas, and consulting. Before he retired two years ago, John was the Chief Program Management and Planning Officer for New Mexico Health Connections and the IT Project Management Office Director at Presbyterian Healthcare Services before that.

All other attendees may explore the many restaurant in Uptown or dine in the Hotel's restaurant.
