Program Submission Guides

Conference theme is “Digital technology, psychology, and humanity”. We only accept online submissions. Programming types include workshops, symposia, invited sessions, single paper session, and posters. Specify your submission to “Taiwan Applied Psychology Association”, “Taiwan Association to Prevention and Treatment of Internet Addiction” or “Taiwan Employee Assistance Professionals Association”.

Programming Types

Group Presentation

1. Workshops

Workshops provide in-depth learning experience on a specific topic. Submission of syllabuses should include name and affiliation of lecturer, theme, and description with no more than 300 words.

2. Symposia

Symposium chair should submit abstract summarizing overall theme of proposed symposium with no more than 300 words. Symposium chair can invite 1 to 2 discussants or presenters.

3. Invited Sessions

Session chair should submit abstract summarizing overall theme of the session with no more than 300 words. Presenters will be invited by chair and should submit their own abstract as well, each no more than 300 words.

Single Presenter

1. Single Paper Session

Submission of abstract should be written in Chinese or English, content includes research purpose, methods, results and discussion, with no more than 300 words. First author is expected to make oral presentation with 15-20 minutes. If not accepted, first author or main contact person can decide whether or not to present the research at poster session.

Submissions for single paper sessions will be reviewed, should it be accepted, will then grouped into symposia and sessions with assigned chair.

2. Poster

Submission of abstract should be written in Chinese or English, content includes research purpose, methods, results and discussion, with no more than 300 words. Poster size is A1 portrait.

Important Dates

Submission deadline is extended to May 8^th, 2017. Accepted or not, authors will be notified by May 19^th, 2017.

1. Submit your abstract following this format. (Click here to download)

2. Be sure to check “program type” and the organization you submit to. If your abstract is written in Chinese, use 新細明體, if in English, use Times New Roman, 1.5 spaced, word processed, font size 12..

3. We only accept word or PDF file.

4. Name your file as “2017 name of first author-code of program type-affiliation”, e.g. “2017柯OO-D1- APTIA”.
